Vecna born as Henry Creel and later revealed as One/Peter Ballard. Vecna is also fictional character appearing in the Dungeons and Dragons fantasy role-playing game. Vecna has been named as one of the greatest villains in the Dungeons and Dragons franchise he was described as a powerful wizard who became a lich and this fully wearable helmet is in the vision of the version from  the popular TV series.
