The Samulet rope necklace

SPN inspired Dean Winchester/The Samulet necklace. 

Originally Bobby gave the pendant to Sam as a gift from his father but Sam ended giving it to Dean, the pendant became a symbol of their bond and brotherly love for each other. It has the unique ability to detect the presence of God, glowing intensely when God is nearby. Dean loans it to Castiel at one point and on its return gets rid of it as he looses his faith. Dean says he didn't need the necklace to define his feelings towards Sam.
