After 4 months of solid printing we now have a fully printed General Grievous marionette 

There is still a LOT of sanding to do before painting however both feet have had the first coat of matte black.

The files came with a harness to print so it can be worn but even at 100% infill we didn't feel it was strong enough to hold up all the parts that were printed at 5% infill and 4 walls thick using (multiple) 0.6mm nozzles

Now we are using a snare drum harness as we feel this to be a lot safer in movement and strength of it even if it has to be altered slightly so the height is correct for the wearer to see the camera screen that we will used for vision with being inside the cape (still to be fitted for)

We think we still have a month or two before the sanding is completed however today was a massive step in wearing the entire suit fully built.
