This is the start of our 1:1 scale General Grievous cosplay. 

Starting with the left foot, we have worked upwards to the hips, printing 1 foot at a time, then the 6 toes for each foot and working up to the knees.

The left leg is currently the only leg attached to the pelvis and we hope to have the chest backplate and mounting finished soon just to get an idea of how tall he really is (in canon, he is 7'1, however our cosplay will likely be around 7'2 due to the height of our team member who's going to wear it). 

We have a fellow con-going robe-maker working on the cape (the part the wearer will be hidden in), using the printed part as a kind of marionette on the front.
